We understand that any restrictions which are now in place could affect your customers ability to present their vehicles for pre-booked annual habitation services.
During this period, we will not penalise our customers for a late service providing the service is carried out as soon as possible once the situation is resolved.
There is no longer a need to advise us of vehicles affected. We will automatically relax our ruled duing this period.

Just a few words to explain my background, I trained at a Nottingham main dealer for six years to a very high standard on touring caravans. As well as day to day servicing my role included PDI, equipment upgrades, fault finding rectifications and warranty work on UK caravans and also German Hymer and Eriba imports. Coupled with this my role involved the need to provide excellent customer liaison to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction outcomes, this gave me an invaluable and excellent basis from which to build ADL Caravan Services.
ADL Caravan Services was proud and pleased to achieve Approved Workshop Status in early 2013 - having being independently assessed to a high standard with regard to training, knowledge, safety and ultimately customer satisfaction. This enables us to offer you a UK caravan manufacturer recognised warranty servicing and repairs.
By offering you a mobile service we know that it can be a much better option in terms of time, cost and convenience, for us to come to you for both your servicing and repairs, rather than you delivering your caravan or motorhome to the Dealer. In our experience communication breakdown, through layers of staff at dealers can and sometimes does lead to mis-diagnosis and possible poor outcomes and customer dissatisfaction.
We also have an ongoing commitment to keep up to date with industry developments and innovations. We attend industry training updates and courses in order to provide the high level of service expected in today's marketplace.
As an added level of reassurance we are able to say, we are Gas Safe registered (formally Corgi). Gas Safe registration is a significant step up from the standard minimum ACOPS qualification in terms of training, knowledge and examination.
This enables us to inspect and certify caravans and motorhomes "for Hire" purposes.
We are also proud to be an associated business partner to Costock Caravan Hire - servicing and maintaining their fleet of caravans throughout the year.

Our prices are aimed to be a competitive and attractive alternative when compared to current main dealer prices when the time and expense of delivering your caravan or motorhome to and from the dealer is factored in.
We can do as much or as little as you require - We have covered the most frequent options below but will be pleased to take a call to discuss any requirement or questions you may have.

We only fit manufacturer supplied replacement parts on appliance repairs and servicing with the relevant warranty
